We are a fire-manipulating duo, blending our knowledge of fire, play, and entrancement. Using a variety of effects and methods, our shows can vary from dining-room fire-swallowing to dance club pyro-extravaganzas. FIREPLAY is an experience that will leave many in speechless ecstasy as we lick, swallow, and spit flames. We have played in a variety of environments, and can enter almost any size space and create a totally hypnotic experience.
We take threads of flaming traditions and mix them with our own experiences and manifestations. What is offered is a blast of mystical entrancement. Starting with a few sparks we move through a fire-based dance. It is tribal, burlesque, fetish and carnival, calling on fiery techniques of spitting, swallowing, spinning, devil-sticking, juggling and more. A minute times ten unleashed; debauchery inspires. We expel the humdrum beat of televaliumed living and mind embalming culture and re- enter a Dionysic carnival of communion. |
